Job Title: Content Operations - Content Strategist I

Pay Rate: $29-$32.00/hour (DOE)

Job Description: The main function of a content strategist is to partner with designers, product managers, researchers and product marketers to plan and create the content for products. The content you create and maintain in this role will be used to resolve internal employee issues, help them set up applications or devices on their own, and provide general information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the content strategy for Facebook’s internal Helpdesk documentation
• Maintain and improve upon the content management processes and systems in place
• Apply, maintain, and evangelize content standards and best practices
• Draft clear, actionable support content
• Share work and give feedback to teammates.
• Gather and research information for use in content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail
• Leverage data to improve the internal employee support experience
• Respond to customer feedback on content, and iterate on content based on feedback

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with content strategy, technical writing, writing, creative writing, report writing, proposal writing, or grant writing
• Demonstrated experience in planning and creating online help content and customer support responses
• Demonstrated experience in multitasking and managing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience and experience working through ambiguity to execute complex projects
• Attention to detail
• Experience with HTML and XML
• Experience with content analytics
