Vettanna is seeking a fulltime UX Design PM (non IT) with a portfolio of previous work (google slides, PowerPoint examples) to work on a Temporary 7+ month project alongside our client's Buyer check out team. The Senior Design Program Manager role with our global ecommerce client plays a critical role in bringing the very best user experiences to market for our client's Buyers and Sellers. This role will focus on enabling key shopping cart, checkout, payment types and post-transaction experiences. You’ll work as part of an experience design team and cross-functional group to co-define the requirements, manage the process, track progress and deliver high impact results on time.

The key activities you’ll perform include:

• Manage the release calendar and workloads for key investment areas (buyer payments, cart/checkout, returns, cancellations, etc.)
• Facilitate sprint planning for Buyer Payments and other key areas
• Work with the experience design (XD) teams to update, prioritize and routinely groom backlogs
• Facilitate program syncs, standups, and manage design review calendars
• Monitor and triage release requests for H2 planning while defining and maintaining the plan
• Build key deliverables and artifacts to track and communicate the progress on a regular basis
• Partner with stakeholders from design, product, engineering and business to ensure high quality execution alignment

Key requirements include:
• 7+ years of program or product management experience delivering features and experiences
• Hands-on experience using project management systems such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or other similar systems to manage cross-org releases and workloads
• Leadership experience using agile methods, standups, scrums and more to keep teams on task and running smoothly
• Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills
