Job Description: – Data & Quality Assurance Analyst

Facebook is seeking an analytical and quality-oriented Data & Quality Assurance Analyst to work on the Legal Learning team and partner closely with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to deploy a variety of learning solutions and complex curricula. The objective of this role Takes more of the data heavy tasks and processes out of the Learning Ops Analysts scope and putting it into an alternative role responsible for reporting and metrics
is to act as an operational consultant to execute learning processes for Legal and compliance training to meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Takes a functional lead in the technical and usability aspects of the workflows within the LMS, which guide data and the user experience
This is a challenging role for someone who enjoys both strategic and tactical work, seeks to drive and optimize processes, and is passionate about scaling learning and development at an enterprise level.


The ideal candidate will
:
• Develop and complete quality assurance process for courses being deployed and for existing audit and company mandatory courses
• Work with Data Team to complete audit reporting data pull requests and related technical specification documents
• Drive the execution of all learning related audit control testing and support any operational audit initiatives
• Complete weekly Control Self-Assessment (CSA) reporting, e.g., enrollment validation, past due reporting
• Create and manage quality assurance program and support course delivery improvement related projects and tasks as required
• Support target audience validation (Prepare and Deploy phases)
• Data and QA process/procedures lifecycle review and audit, ensure processes align with current business and operations needs
• Request course dashboards
• Quality assurance on dashboards for functionality and data integrity (working with Learning Platform and Analytics Lead)
• Make recommendations on courses to drive operational efficiencies (shared responsibility with CSOD Tech Analysts and Operations)
• Stay current with relevant CSOD internal and external user groups to share and execute system best practices (shared responsibility with CSOD Tech Analysts)
• Validate Ops dashboard with Legal Data Team
• Complete weekly project updates on Ops P3 (Smartsheets).
• Create ad-hoc reports as requested
• Support Learning Catalog management and QA (taxonomy, course codes, CSOD QA)

• Utilize systems and tools (Smartsheet, Quip, Salesforce, Google G Suite, etc.) to create efficiencies in work.
● Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working within the context of a new team in the process of building out an operations program
● Operate independently in fast moving, stressful situations while managing mission critical tasks
● Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines
● Provide clear and constant communication and escalate issues in a timely manner

Responsibilities
● Track and report course key metrics and performance measures to key stakeholder as required
● Work with Legal Data, People Operations, Engineering (Eng), People Insights, and teams reporting,
● Drive the execution of all learning related audit control testing and support any operational audit initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

● Bachelors degree or 5 years of related experience
● Strong and effective in written, verbal, and presentation skills
● Strong experience with Learning Management Systems, Google cloud applications, and Microsoft Office
● Project management and process improvement experience
● 4+ years of experience managing learning projects
● e-Learning and Instructor-led course deployment and management experience
● Analytical and data reporting experience
● Experience working cross-functionally with various seniority levels and teams

Preferred Qualifications
● 2+ Cornerstone LMS Administrator experience
● Experience in Learning & Development, Legal Training Operations, or HR / Human Capital Consulting
● Experience working with third party vendors
● Experience working with or in support of global, inclusive, and diverse communities
